Finally, finally, finally it seems Americans are ready to stop playing dumb and stop being swayed by fear tactics and xenophobia.
Nearly two out of three Americans -- 62 percent -- believe Bush's recent actions in Iraq show he is "stubborn and unwilling to admit his mistakes," Newsweek reported.
DUH!
My question is, will at least two out of three Americans that voted this idiot into power stop being stubborn and be willing to admit their mistake?

I think you really mean "Conservative and Republican Americans". Those of us on the left have been saying the same thing over and over again, Bush is an idiot who used a tragedy to boost his public opinion to those hedging on conservative fear tactics and xenophobia.
You will probably never have those two out of three who voted for him to stop being stubborn and admit their mistake, because that would mean the "Liberal agenda" is right, and that they are wrong, and that they don't have all of the answers, and that forced democracy just doesn't work.
I'm thinking a big fat hell no on this one Jane. Those 2 out of 3 are pretty much of the same mind frame as Bush. Lord help us.
Nope...admitting they were wrong is not in their blood.
All I hope now is some loon form the Rebublican party doesn't win the next election.
